This new blog will be an opportunity to share a mixture of professional and personal “musings” about all things mental health. Some may be serious, some may be (an attempt at) funny. All will be “me.”
While I certainly want to provide professional information and resources when appropriate, I think my main goal at this point is to blog my personal experiences and reactions to the arena of mental health. This may include presenting original ideas. This may involve reviewing an existing article and offering my take on their ideas. I may review apps and products and therapies that I have found useful as both a therapist and an individual. I won’t promise at this point that everything I post will be comprehensive or exhaustive but mostly that it will serve as a starting point for thinking or a conversation.
